        Was in urgent need of a hair coloring kit with a bowl and a brush and CVS pharmacy in Beverly Hills and Bevverly center were sold out of their $ 10.79 kits. Decided to try Planet Beauty near our house and voila - they had a great kit and were so helpful to us. We're gonna make this location our #1 go-to from now on...

        SCAMMER! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered my items a month ago and never received them. I have called the customer service number several times and left a voice mail and no response. Now I have to open a dispute with my cc company and that may take up to 30 days to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN! If I could give this company zero stars I would!!!!

      Hi Sarita, we're so sorry to hear about your experience. This was brought to the Manager of Beverly Hill's attention. Unfortunately our Beauty Associate was taking a mandatory break at that time. We truly hope you can give our store location another chance in the future.
