I recently placed an order for some supplements, after reviewing them I noticed they did not contain the same ingredients as my current bottle. After reaching out to customer service, the problem was addressed and explained. I was refunded the same day. Great customer service. (not a patient)

Becoming a patient of Dr Charny has absolutely changed my life!! I have never met someone so incredibly knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and forward thinking. She's without a doubt the most empathetic and loving Dr I've ever come across. After years of trying in vain to figure out and improve my digestive health I can finally say I no longer have any issues and the daily pain I lived with for so long is gone. I've never been someone who really recommends things to others or leaves reviews, but Dr Charny is someone I can't stop talking about.

Extremely expensive. No compassionate discount or allowance for severly disabled veterans. Wouldn't even split the $385 initial bill into payments.
