        Gave us a beat up car. Then tried to blame us for a mail in the tire. The car drove so poorly we even tried to get it replaced. They had no other cars and we ended up having to go to enterprise. The man was so rude as well. So sad because we really liked Sixt the four other times we used them.

        I rented a car for a wedding in Laguna Beach during weekend of October 11th. The wedding was early on a Saturday and my original rental wasn't ready, so the associate upgraded me to a BMW. This was greatly appreciated as I couldn't wait around for my rental to finish being cleaned. The customer service was great and the wedding was fantastic. I returned the rental the next day but later realized I was charged for a second day after being just one hour late. I explained to the manager and he agreed to waive the fee. Definitely appreciated the customer service from the beginning and will rent from this location again.
