Scot and his team saved my bacon. At 4:15 on a Friday afternoon, the vehicle shipping place told me my car couldn't be shipped to a different continent. I was supposed to be on a plane at 0615 the next morning, with my pup and his within-ten-days vet certifications. Auto Vault Storage picked up my car from the hotel parking lot, stored it while I got the issue resolved, and sent a driver to conduct vehicle turn-in a couple weeks later. Scot was responsive, professional, and all around a life-saver. I realize I'm likely not their usual customer (or perhaps, my 2013 Impreza isn't), but they were absolutely amazing when I was in a bind! I couldn't recommend them more.
