Hello Haya, I would never refuse your or your online purchase, whether through Groupon or one of my other online deals!! I would never demand that you pay me cash or I won’t provide you with a promised service. If you reached out to me to schedule your appointment, and wanted a date or time I don’t have available, I would have explained to you, that i wouldn’t be able to get you in before the end of May if you choose to use the online payment option (Groupon deal) I then would have said I have more availability for clients that are paying me directly, as I take different deals different days of the week. If your voucher expires, before I can get you in, I would have seen you anyway. Groupon’s expiration dates are well in to the future, for those of you that either get busy and forget about purchasing or maybe wouldn’t need to use right away! No one ever loses the money paid to Groupon, not if I can help it! (To be honest with you and everyone else, I am the only one who takes a loss, well unless you are not happy with something I create, and even then, I always offer to correct at my expense!)I had to reduce the days per week I accept vouchers for payment , as I wasn’t able to cover my weekly expenses. Rent, high end products either being used , like expensive treatments and chemicals I choose to use, and / or keeping them on hand just in case!! That’s my decision to provide these things for everyone regardless of how much or how little paid ( to a certain degree) to me so everyone has the luxury of being treated with respect and dignity, and pampered! Isn’t that the point of this platform anyway? And even after the first time, I always try to offer the most reasonable return options as well!
