It was truly a pleasure and a blessing having met Janice Park. Not only did she handle my tax situation in a professional manner, Janice was very comforting, considerate and kind. I have been paying the IRS now for six years and talking to them makes me extremely uncomfortable. Having Janice on my side combined with her knowledge on the matter reassured me that she would get this tax problem resolved... which she did! From the beginning, she was very patient in hearing all the details of my tax liabilities, made the phone calls necessary to find out my balances and even kept me updated when the IRS was down. I would recommend her to anyone I know with unresolved tax liabilities... thank you Janice!!
