Had one of the worst experiences here. Customer service there is absolutely horrible. I dont know about others but there was one old lady who practically screamed at me when I asked her if I could try one of the lehengas. All the clothes were very old fashioned and outdated. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The staff, including Nitin, Sonu, and Babli, created a warm and friendly environment that made her feel comfortable and at ease. We tried the Roopam in Berkley because the Roopam in Sacramento was awful in terms of customer service. Unfortunately it looks like they have the same problem in Berkley. They refused to open up any lenghas for us and told us to come back when the wedding is 2 months away. Again, who shops for their wedding outfits with only 2 months of time left? They were also extremely rude to my Mom, who was simply asking for more design examples. I would advise against going here unless you know exactly what you want, otherwise the staff will be too lazy to show you around.
