        I had an experience there yesterday that sadly compels me to never set foot in the store again. Been going there for years tolerating the dismissive service and all of a sudden yesterday went in to pick up a package and they told me they wouldn't give it to me unless I paid them an additional $10. A lot more to the miserable story that I won't bore you with. But my advice is stay away.

        Their prices keep going up. They charged me to tape a box. It took about 5 seconds, and about one foot of tape. I understand they want to make a profit, but this is a bit absurd.
