        EXTORTION! Smart Start originally told me it was $180+80 to install plus $100-/+ a month for my breathalyzer. I've got $180 a month plus $180 removal fee's never before declared. Good luck if you're headed here, favors Russian people I think only. Thank God I never have to go back

        THE BEST! I went to Berkeley to install it. My first+ last experience to the reason why I need it. I have PTSD and I broke down while William explaining/teaching me how it all worked. His patience, and detailed teaching, made it alll better. I drove off, grateful to have chosen such a great company and best believe I called ALL of the DMV's approved companies.
