We hired LaDonna after being in a bind after our first realtor didn't perform; thank god for that! The moment we met, LaDonna was not only warm, friendly, and approachable, she is organized, focused, and more importantly your biggest support during the home sale/purchase process. She kept us in the loop at all times, was frequently proactive in trying to get more visibility to our listing, and was meticulous in putting together open houses. If something wasn't going our way (which, let's be honest, is common in the real estate world, especially in this market), she would take time to strategize with us and give us a breakdown of what she would do next. She not only provided smart advice and experience, but was invaluable to bounce ideas off of. Her group provides a whole suite of services to fit your needs and particular situation, and more often than not she goes the extra mile to ensure the transaction goes through (she helped us remove a piece of fixed furniture that the buyers didn't want after we had already moved 400 miles away, what a sweetheart!).
