We were first time home buyers with not a lot to put down on our first house in a competitive market and Priscilla not only took us on as clients, but helped us secure the second house we put an offer on. She is very honest to deal with and that's huge for me. She tells it like it is and has great insights into the market. We didn't hesitate to use her again years later when we went to sell our house. She has a good eye and great contacts to help us get the property ready for sale. She is always available and will literally come over to your house and walk through any paperwork questions you might have. She is also receptive to feedback. In the end, we got over listing and a great price that also feels fair to the buyers. A great experience all around.

Priscilla is the best hands down! A kind and compassionate person and veteran business woman, her advice and knowledge about real-estate transactions is hard to rival. I have both bought and sold with Priscilla (in 2011 and 2021, respectively) and she helped me navigate the complex and stressful steps, from paperwork to preparing for inspections as well as lending her ear when I needed to talk to someone. This is the second time we worked with Priscilla. She helped us buy our property and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. When we needed to move, she helped us sell our property for more than we were expecting. Priscilla spent a lot of time with us to find the timeline and staging that worked for our family, and made us felt like our opinions mattered, even as she brought her own professional knowledge and experience to the table. Our property was a "hot property" on all the online listing sites, due in large part to the expert staging, photography, and marketing plan that Priscilla recommended. When it came time to accept offers, Priscilla tirelessly negotiated with several competing real estate agents, and championed our position to get top dollar. Through everything Priscilla was positive, kind, and engaged. We would definitely work with Priscilla again to buy or sell property in the Bay Area.
