Caitlin has been a wonderful realtor to work with! I had experience as a buyer some years ago, but never as a seller. She was very good - and, as important, patient - at explaining the process and all the rules and regulations involved. She knows the market in our location, and when it came time to set an asking price, proposed a strategy that was effective for all concerned. We found an enthusiastic buyer in short order. Im a perfectionist, I wanted to sell an incredibly iconic and much-loved property in the Berkeley Hills Caitlin was highly recommended by my friend who had recently retired from Grubb. Best decision ever. We totally connected from the beginning, Caitlin listened to me and respected my input representing many years in Corporate Americas top 100 corporations, senior mgmt, and we made a perfect team.
