Blaze Pizza

Came to Blaze for dinner and for some reason all the staff were in a rush or didn't want to speak with me even though the restaurant was pretty empty. The person making my pizza rushed me to the register and even though I asked him to put on a few more toppings on my pizza, he pretended to not hear me. After getting my pizza, I also asked one of the employees for a water cup, but he told me to wait and never got back to me as I waited for about 10 minutes. Usually Blaze has good service, but this time was exceptionally bad.

I dont even know what I ate, it was terrible. The crust wasnt crispy and cold and soft and the whole pizza was just mushy and soft. Terrible!

Food is good but terrible service. Have been multiple times and haven't had a good experience due to that. The first time there was a lady with red hair who was very rude and made racist remarks. I waited 45 minutes for my pizza and they kept saying it was coming, eventually they checked and it was laying on the side completely cold and mushy. I had to throw it away. I contacted Blaze about my experience but they ignored me and never got back. The second time, I got my food and it was good, but the service was still bad. This time it was a man with highlighted braids, he acted like I was wasting his time ordering and seemed to hate his life. Very disappointing.
