        The playground doubles as a picnic area. I didn't see restrooms, but dogs were everywhere !

        This is a sweet little loop hike in an area where you would not expect to even find a trail. The main access is from Claremont Avenue, but you can also enter from Alvarado, Rispin and Evergreen. It's about a mile long with a pretty steep but manageable climb.

        Just a isolated as you can get surrounded by city. When you're there you can absolutely forget that you are within walking distance to all the traffic and people!
