        A company shouldn't only be measured by the quality of their products, but by their commitment to customer service and satisfaction, because no matter how good their products/services, all companies fall short on customer expectations at some point in time. I had a somewhat negative experience with the 2Lite tent (mostly due to user error) and when I called SlingFin to talk about it, they pledged to do whatever it takes to make it right and to work with me so that I can get the most out of the tent. Being a very experienced backcountry user of gear, I can say that SlingFin has high quality products AND dedication to customer satisfaction - a killer combo that makes me confident in trying any of their other products. One word of advice for those looking to purchase a non-free standing tent - do a lot of research on how to set it up properly in different types of soil!
