Berkeley orthodontics is always very efficient at taking good care of me and making sure that my teeth are in good condition. The staff are friendly and I always get taken in on time I get appointments when I need them.

I have twin 4th graders and they've been patients at Berkeley Orthodontics for a couple years now. Our experience has been great and I'm very happy to be working with them to resolve my kids dental needs. Some of the things I like: - The doctors took a very conservative approach to each kid's needs, addressing them in the least invasive way possible. - Reasons for the treatments were well documented and explained to us, along with progress expectations, timelines, and costs. - The staff at large are very friendly, patient, and easy going with the kids, explaining what's happening each step of the way and giving the kids time to acclimate without feeling overwhelmed. - Their billing options are very flexible. We are on full insurance and FSA but they still spread out payments quarterly to make each payment align with my company's contributions to FSA and deductible. - Scheduling is very easy and flexible and they don't mind when I have to reschedule on short notice. They also have multiple offices which makes scheduling easier. Would definitely recommend this provider to anyone with kids who need braces or similar treatments. #orthocash
