When I asked them to give my welcome money they just threatened me and told me if you're asking for the money we gonna delay your family case Don't trust them just call homeland security everyone

This organization seems to be good but some case workers and employees are extremely unprofessional and ignorant. refuse to help families in dire need. One case worker in particular Mina is extremely rude and unprofessional. she yelled at my family member on the phone and very rudely threatened that she will drop our resettlement case, which unfortunately she did. my family extremely frustrated took huge sums of debt to resettle and still living in a 2 bedroom apartment with another relative, until i find our own place my family has to suffer because she couldnt help us with our resettlement properly. I go to county myself, apply for all paperwork myself without any clue what needs to be done.

I've had all just a horrible experience with Jewish Family and Children's Services particularly a so-called social worker I don't know if she's licensed but she's a fraud but she claims to have a social worker's license " Dee Madnick",[email protected]. I am Jewish I call up I'm nearly 65 years old I'm facing immediate eviction the complicated property dispute I call up and asked for some advice or to speak to someone some creepy woman on the phone at 510-704-7475 over at the office down by Dwight and Shattuck and Berkeley he says oh is this Mr so and so well we can't help you. 6 months or so ago a relative of mine needed some assistance with a certain matter and Dee Madnick Road a friendly email and told me how my relative could get some assistance who they had to call. That was 6 months or so ago when I called currently with the emergency crisis I couldn't even get one human being to even speak to me for 5 seconds whether you can help me financially to obtain legal assistance that's another thing I called every single person in their directory the executive director the director of finances I called all these people I sent them emails not a single person even responded, one top administrator called back and said well if you need money call San Francisco Jewish Family and Children Services of course everyone knows if you don't live in a certain County nobody from that division of Jewish Family and Children's Services are technically even legally allowed to help you so here it is a month later many emails many phone calls later not a single response I'm going to file a complaint with the licensing board against d-madnick for unprofessional behavior if you don't if you can't help somebody you don't you can't even give him a call you can't even pick up the phone and say look I'll listen to what's going on with you and I'll give you a response no they don't even call it's a it's a very corrupt organization if you have a Russian accent and a suitcase they'll give you hundreds of thousands of dollars to start your own business but anyone else Jewish not Jewish they just neanderthals they're not even human I'm going to call the CEO in New York and file a complaint and in the meantime if you want to send an email to this social worker demadneck and ask her why she can't even talk to someone who is a senior citizen within months and is facing eviction you can't even pick up the phone and say look I feel bad for you this is what I think here's a resource no not even a phone call not anything what is wrong with these people I wouldn't go there I wouldn't send anyone there there have been corrupt for so long and it's a sad shame that the synagogues give their so-called Charity donations to Jewish Family and Children's Services and they just pocket the money I don't know what they do with it they say well we could pay a PG&E bill for you but we can't give you a dollar if we gave you a dollar to go buy a cup of coffee to anyone in the world it's illegal they can only pay third party bills think about it something is very wrong

I don't know where to start. So we were contacted by Jewish family service few months ago to accept an Afghan family case to resettle in California so we said yes and we starts receiving some paperwork where it outlined the tasks and responsibilities between us and Jewish family service. When I picked up the family from the Airport the contact person for the Jewish family services change and new face come to play where he keep saying I don't know and I don't know or it's out of my service area and we can't do anything, so we had to find them a house, job and do all the paperwork and still it's been almost 2 MONTHS they have not been able to pay the welcome money to the family, so I think they are a joke and this has to be reported to the Government to stop working with organizations like this even they are  non profit. It seem they take as many case as they can and don't give a f... about it later. We are very frustrated with them.
