After a lengthy discussion, we were told that you wanted a "full set," and because you never stated that you wanted an acrylic or gel set, it was assumed that you wanted a gel full set as that is the most popular option. Once she completed the set and rang you up, you stated that it should be $30 and you found it on our online site. However, the $30 only applies for an acrylic fill. She contested with you. It appears there was miscommunication for acrylic vs gel as she did gel nails but no where on our site states that we price Acrylic sets for $30.To mitigate the issue and miscommunication. Thu stated she would be willing to remove your gel full set ($45) and refund you ($10) for a total of $35 for your acrylic full set instead of a "fill" ($30). You showed $30 for a fill set when you presented your appointment receipt after it was completed. It appears that you both left it at that... a gel full set for $45 and left.Two other customers that were present agreed with Thu after the disagreement but we were told that they didn't agree that you didn't present the service you wanted for "x amount" before hand. Sorry that both of you had a disagreement but please feel free to book online beforehand for the prices or check our website. Although it is unlikely you will come back, please have a wonderful rest of you holidays!
