To be honest, I understand that this shop has probably had many issues with snackpass or people picking up orders that is not theirs and I understand that but I dont feel welcomed and the gestures the gentleman gives to me as a customer is very RUDE. I came to pick up a snackpass order with number and name and he rudely gestured to see the confirmation. Fine, as I was retrieving the confirmation he disappears and I had to wait. He comes out and I show him the confirmation and he taps my phone to check the picture. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH PEOPLES PERSONAL BELONGINGS WITHOUT ASKING. Snackpass does not require me to check item picked up. The calamari is, alright, not super hot. I had better impression when we went previously, but this time, I feel very insulted and the food tastes worst when it is a bad experience. Communication can be better, gestures and a little professionalism and sincerity for when the littlest business during this financial time is great. If you are having a bad day, dont stand behind the counter and give your customers bad impression, sometimes the food is secondary. I give 2 stars because I appreciate that he is still in business and I do want to support small business still.

This place used to be my favorite. It's the best pricing for boba, but it seems watered down lately. It's still okay boba for the cost though.
