We cannot recommend Kwesi enough! First time home buying is a harrowing process from getting pre-approved to making and offer and subsequently racing to the finish line. We were lucky to have Kwesi and his team with us along every step of the way. He actually found the home we ended up securing an offer on. He connected us to our lender early on and helped us get a fully underwritten pre-approval. He was available on short notice and past regular schedules to talk through our questions and concerns. He connected us to key people from contractors to electricians and plumbers. He went the extra mile and facilitated foundation inspections of the home in our stead. Finally, on the day we went to pick up the keys, he had a nice surprise in store for us. Not only did we get a sweet thank you gift but also got to meet his wonderful family! Fast forward a few months, we love our new home and definitely appreciate the thought and hard work that Kwesi put in to help us get here :)

It was a pleasure working with Kwesi on the sale of our property. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and diligent, and always happy to help as much as could. He was also available to communicate in a short notice and explained the process in simple terms that we could understood well. Moreover, he successfully coordinated house repairs, inspections etc. and kept us posted along the way. We cannot recommend Kwesi highly enough. We were first-time homebuyers who entered the process without much of a sense of exactly what he wanted, and Kwesi led us brilliantly every step of the way. He was kind and patient, and his expertise about the different areas and neighborhoods of the East Bay was marvelous. I had heard horror stories about pushy realtors before, and Kwesi is the furthest from that you can imagine. He walked us through everything, and he had an amazing knack for finding houses that fit the newly revised qualities we were looking for. We ended up having our offer accepted on a gorgeous, dream home, and we're beyond thrilled now that we've moved in. We can't recommend him highly enough - look no further for your East Bay home-buying needs! You won't regret working with Kwesi.

We were able to purchase a beautiful craftsman bungalow in North Oakland in our price range thanks to his excellent and astute guidance.We had been renting on the peninsula for 8 years and decided wed like to buy a home and move out of the suburbs. Kwesi took the time to get to know us, our style, preferences, what wed be willing to give up and what were the must haves. He did a terrific job showing us a variety of options and helped us think through price, location, home size, features, future changes. He asked very good questions when after we visited each open house to better inform him and his choices of homes for us to view. He really listened to our feedback. We felt that every home he selected for us to visit met our criteria or with some work could be the home we envisioned. Kwesi really understood how the Oakland market works. His guidance on list price vs. potential selling prices; value for the type of home, area were spot on. His knowledge of the neighborhoods, homes, and price range the homes would sell for was such an invaluable asset to our search. When it came time to put a bid in on the house, he was tremendous at making sure we were certain about the home, making sure we understood the disclosures, financing, what our final offer would be, gave us considerations and ways to counter. On top of all this Kwesi, is just such a nice person to work with; very professional but not super formal. We are so happy to have navigated the home buying journey with him!
