Working with Aida was a pleasure from start to finish. She showed me homes within my range, and wrote my offers to a T. From the time I met her to me closing on my first home was a 5-6 weeks process. UNBELIEVABLE (but she achieved & delivered) Aida was always available to answer my calls and answer all of my questions. Not only did she find me my ideal home, she gave me wholeheartedly the valuable advice I was seeking. Every home she showed me was stellar. Such a peoples person, professional and hard working woman! I have worked with a couple different realtors, but no does it like Aida. If you are serious in being a home owner, selling your home, etc you have to work with Aida. Thank you for everything!

Aida was extremely helpful as we looked to buy a condo in Berkeley during covid times. She answered all our questions about the listed properties and was available at short notice to give us FaceTime tours if the condos since we could not see them in person since we were out of state. She is very ethical and honest. I would definitely use her services again!

I met Aida soon after I started looking for a home.  I had, by chance,  been working with a guy who clearly wasn't the right agent for me:  he talked constantly about himself, couldn't listen so never really understood what I wanted and needed, and seemed to want to argue with me whenever I had a need or a point of view.  Aida listens, gets answers to questions so fast it made my head spin (in the best of ways), never dropped the ball, and today I close on the house of my dreams.  She was the one who found my perfect house, and then helped me make it happen.  Thank you, Aida, for your supportive and thorough work.
