    I scheduled an appointment for 1:10. I got there and checked around 1:13. At first, there was only one person drawing blood, and there were about eight people waiting. I saw my name on the list of people on the TV. The TV kept playing an announcement that said that you should make appointments instead of doing walk-ins, because then you'd experience "little or no wait." I waited for 30 minutes, and the person ahead of me was called. After about 10 more minutes, I checked the TV, and my name had disappeared. I asked one of the workers about this and she seemed stressed out and a bit annoyed with me, and said that it was my fault (but didn't explain why). She didn't tell me what to do, and then left the front desk to take a sample. So I left. If you go, bring your laptop or a good book!

    I had to go in for a blood test after another appointment. I explained to the receptionist that I'm Autistic and that I had to fast today for that earlier appointment. However, the lady at the desk barely looked at me when I asked for help with the automatic kiosk, and when I explained that I was fasting, she said, almost snidely: "you still have to wait to be called". I've been waiting for almost 20 minutes, and I'm so hungry I want to eat my own arm, but the woman at the desk doesn't seem to care about me or any of her other patients. I observed another person who doesn't speak good english and has been waiting for help at the desk for a long time, with no success at getting the woman's attention - I think they're being deliberately ignored. I'm tempted to ask the receptionist if she's a robot - because this person clearly has no soul. The other techs keep saying "we'll be with you next", but I've still had to wait for a LONG time. I received a free stress ball from one of the receptionists at my other doctors office, but I gave it away to a young girl who needed it more than I did and was kept waiting just as long as I was. They got their turn before I did, even though I had checked in first. This place sucks. UPDATE FROM AFTER I WAS DONE: I had to wait for almost 2 hours, and she (the receptionist I mentioned) was the one who took my blood for the test, because by the time it was my turn, ALL THE OTHER DOCTORS WERE GONE, either out to lunch or on break. She didn't even tell me when we were done and when she had taken the needle out. She just scooped up the vials, slapped 2 gauze bandages on my arm (which made my arm hurt quite a bit until I peeled them off at home), and walked off without saying another word.
