Great NP, great follow through and always listens. The health system in the IS US is a mess , but very happy with Jess. Great disposition, professional but kind. So happy I switched to Jess and one medical.

Jess took a real interest in my medical needs. I was have a lot of pain for a very long time and he took the time to get to the bottom of the problem. I feel that he cares that I get better and does what it takes to get me better. I cried many time in his office and he was there to make me feel better and things where going to be ok.

I really didn't want to sign up for One Medical.  It seemed too bourgeoisie, paying $150/year to not have to wait with "plebs", but since there weren't any other doctors near my office outside of the group, I finally caved.I'm thoroughly impressed, both with Jess and with One Medical.  I got an appointment the next day, was in the office within five minutes of my arrival, and was out as soon as I was ready.  That might have been a one off, and I don't think I'd leave a rating if that were the case, but I went back again a week later to have some blood drawn.  That's my absolute number one fear in life -- having blood drawn.  The phlebotomist (Christina?) was an absolute dear and was exceedingly patient with the large, wussy man having a panic attack over the tiny needle.  I'm so pleased with the experience that I'm going to try and drop by a gift card as a token of my appreciation.  My experience was the same the second time.  I was in an office and being seen less than ten minutes after my arrival.  I don't think I've ever experienced anything like this.  Kaiser was generally reasonably swift and efficient, but this was absolutely incredible.  One trip was worth the year's membership.

I've been seeing NP Pinder for about a year and am quite happy with him.  He's good natured and very helpful.  Add to that he found a way to save me thousands of dollars a year on medication and I can easily recommend him!
