These guys will call you for 5 minutes and charge for a telehealth appointment. They will refuse to refill your medication. They will switch providers on you due to them losing staff. They will charge you for things you didnt ask for. Find a provider you can trust, stay away from these people.

You cannot be seen by doctors here. When asked to see a doctor they told me they would get back to me. I had a call back about 5 months later asking if I still wanted to see a doctor. That maybe they could set that up in the future. Ask your "Doctor" if they are a doctor here. Physicians Assistants have their place, but sometimes you are seeking to draw on the more extensive training of a Doctor. The woman at the counter here told me that they were basically the same...I wonder if the doctors that wasted the extra years of their lives in additional training would agree. Do any patients here actually see doctors at this facility? Or maybe they are just assuming the person treating them is a doctor? If you have anything serious, it may be wise to avoid this place.

Check your charts people. A lot of misinformation in mine. My latest problem is that I got poisoned by an oil refinery in 1994 and have had extreme chemical sensitivity every since. On SSI for it for almost thirty years. A big school is being torn down by my house and has been making me very sick. Last visit when I mentioned that my lungs hurt from breathing tractor and truck and huge boom exhaust was making me very sick I was told to breathe in and out and be grateful I have a roof over my head. That was last week. They completely disregard my disability and. I breathed in and out for a few more days and now I have shingles on my ear. Very painful. They refused to help fill out a form for a MCS only apartment because she said I had to prove it to her how I got it. I proved it in federal court decades ago. So no apartment. Lived in a van as much as possible since last March when was refused help with the rental application. Had to come back as it's very cold out there and scary. Breathing in and out didn't help me one bit. That was last week I think. Just a few more breathes made me get shingles. I've had ear infection from the exhaust for months. Now this. It is being treated as a mental problem when it is a physical disease. It's hard to be thankful for a roof over your head when said roof is in a horrible school tear down zone. Told doctor I wanted to send some picture of the front of my house and he said what would I want those for. Duh!

Avoid this place at all costs! Absolutely devastated by what my family and I are going through this Thanksgiving Day. My grandma was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer by Kaiser and before taking her anywhere else, this clinic was her primary healthcare provider. We brought her into this clinic 2-3 months ago because she had ongoing pain and no bowel movement for days. No further studies were done and instead her symptoms were treated by medication. The medication wasnt helping so they changed it again and said her upcoming appointment would be the following week! This is also the primary healthcare provider that diagnosed my grandma with diabetes years ago so its bizarre to me that as health professionals they didnt worry more about her health and do extended studies. I could go on and on about this place because both my grandparents have had awful experiences here. Do not bring your family members here please. For the sake of their lives!!

Ive been the patient of this clinic for more than 11 years. The service I used to get and the service Im getting recently is completely different. The phone operators are very unprofessional and rudimentary ladies who refuse to listen any requests from the patients theyre hired to serve. Today I spoke with an operator named NATASHA and I told her to have phone appointment with my doctor. She said in very loud and rude voice tone she only have one appointment scheduled date and if I need any other day I need to call after two weeks. The appointment she try to give me was all in the afternoon. I told her I cant have any afternoon appointments because of my work schedule and begged her to give me another appointment in the near future. She said NO to that and told me shes a supervisor. I gave up and ask her to transfer me to another operator. She did transfer me to another agent named SAYRA and I found out shes even worst than the previous one. Very rude, unprofessional and impatient to hear. I wont let this facility to be ruined in such way by some immature individuals. Ill go to the branch personally and try to talk with their cite administration and if that wont resolve this failure Ill report this issue for the health office of contra costa county. Life long center is dying infront of our eyes!!!
