Dr.Goldrich is great. Chiropractic clinic awesome. However, The woman that does prior authorization submissions to Medicare and medical- cal boasts 17 years on the job, but she makes mistakes and you don't get your medication. She won't fess-Up which harms us all.

I just moved to Berkeley from LA where I had a good relationship with my doctor and was a little apprehensive about starting over. My Aetna plan sent me to Lifelong Over 60 and my experience so far has been GREAT! I have a fabulous physician assistant , SAMANTHA, she has incredible knowlege about current research and willing to share it, which I appreciate, she follows-up on my my referrals. Helped me modify my medication and had so many good insights in my condition. Also they use MY CHART which is an excellent, user friendly data collection system, it keeps track of so many things, blood tests, appointments. Extra credit goes to LILY who does scheduling, everyone is very professional while at the same time personable.

I am a caregiver for an 85 year old man. He has been coming here over 20+ years and has always been received with respect, friendliness, & concern. His social worker, primary & podiatrist are all great.

Today October 25, 2023 Im a senior citizen and had an appointment at 11:15 at Lifelong dental in Berkeley. I got there on time but as the doctor finished with me I went back to the reception room and I called a Lyft to come take me home, but since they dont allow people to use to cellphone I went outside to use the phone and call for a Lyft, after making the call I went back inside because it was cold, the receptionist a black very tall woman told me that I have to get out and I refused because first Im a customer of them and besides being a senior it was very cold outside. The manager of that place together with the receptionist were very rude to me and I told them that I wasnt going to leave the place till my Lyft arrived which it didnt take that long to arrived thank God for that. I would NEVER EVER BE BACK TO THAT Lifelong dental places in my life. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH LIFELONG DENTAL. They are not nice at all. They treat I their paciente like a piece of nobody. No respect specially on an older person and outside was very cold. DONT PATRONIZE LIFELONG DENTAL, NO RESPECT FOR SENIORS.
