Darren took the time to talk to me to see what I needed and let me know exactly what he'd be doing. He took my specific needs into consideration, made me feel very at ease, and communicated with me throughout our session. It is obvious he cares about his clients and has a passion for his craft. Highly recommend massage therapy with Darren - he is very aware of where bodily tension and blockages lie, and applying deep and tender pressure as needed. He is thoughtful and makes you feel safe, comfortable, and at peace. Also special given his yoga and aryuveda approach, and use of infrared heat and hot stones.
