      I appreciate the kind words! Thanks for the endorsement and vote of confidence. The truth is I learned to teach customer service as a service excellence trainer for Marriott. Insurance can be a tricky service proposition especially when a catastrophic loss has occurred. At Farmers we strive to understand the need and make great insurance products from the get go and continue to review and update policies throughout the ownership of the asset at risk because claims time is the wrong time to find out your agent didn't do a good job and your carrier isn't covering your loss.
