Just had a great experience at Aya salon w- Carly! Last minute decision to cut & color my hair back to healthy. Carly listened closely to all my concerns & was super patient in answering all my questions. Hair looks great & I had fun too. Also, wonderful customer service at reception.

Arianna is a fantastic hair stylist and I have been seeing her for years. But Ive had 3 very disappointing experiences with scheduling recently. Ive made 2 appointments online, the latest one for 1/4/24, only to show up and be told I was not on the schedule. So, standing there, I made an appointment for 1/6/24 at 11am. When I showed up today the same receptionist told me that since I didnt call to confirm my appointment they gave it to someone else! This kind of incompetence does not deserve another chance. I wont be going back.

Absolutely do not come with stylist Hillary AGAIN , it was my first and last time coming here. YET she completely messed up my hair it was full hydrated and voluminous so gorgeous and now it is dry brittle and disgusting!!! Absolutely will never come back. Wishing I listened to my gut and went salon la luz across the street to begin with. THEY ACTUALLY FIX IT I LOVE THEM!!!!!
