Type Five did a fantastic job designing and building an ADU in our backyard. They were great to work with, faithfully fulfilled their contract with us, taking care of all permits and inspections, providing quality workmanship and materials, and doing their utmost throughout the construction process to accommodate our needs. We are thrilled with the result and all who have seen it have been favorably impressed.

The Type Five team are wonderful. In the Summer of 2023, they built a pod for us, which doubles as an office and guest bedroom. From the first meeting all the way through to completion, the Type Five team were responsive, collaborative and went out of the way to make sure that we understood what was happening. At no point did we feel that we were being aggressively sold to or having any kind of an upsell--they were transparent throughout. The build itself was very straightforward and we're thrilled with the finished pod--especially because the Type Five team were able to match the exterior to the exterior of our house, making it blend in seamlessly. We can't recommend Type Five highly enough!

Aleksis and team at TypeFive helped us transform a corner of our garden into an incredible home office. They were super responsive throughout the planning and build, doing multiple site visits to make sure we got everything perfect, even during install the entire team was incredibly thoughtful and detail oriented.
