Anne and her team played an integral role in designing and implementing Well Being Trust's grantmaking systems and processes, as well as working with staff on grant administration issues. As WBT built our own capacity for grants management, Anne's team shifted to more of a traditional consultant role. Projects included: operationalizing an updated evaluation plan, planning a grantee convening, developing grant impact summaries for leadership, and incorporating DEI principles into our grant processes. Anne is extremely efficient and good at moving things forward with clear next steps. She provides her opinion and will discuss pros/cons of different options or approaches but is also very respectful of her clients opinions and needs and wants to make sure that the ultimate decisions are yours. I have known Anne in a professional capacity since 2008. During that time, while I was with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Anne supported my team as an independent consultant.
