Dr Cavalli has some serious mental issues and needs immediate mental assistance before he keeps on hurting his patients. His verbal abuses are out of control. He lies and tries to act like nothing is wrong with him when in reality he is taking advance of the healthcare system to make money out of his paying customers. He uses false and made up positive reviews for his business without any kind of ethical principles.Dr.Cavalli  you are a shame of a person and don't deserve to be called a doctor...maybe dr. Lies would fit you better since you've become an expert at that

Terrible customer service. A rude receptionist picks up the phone. She doesn't listen, doesn't answer your questions and just tells you what to do as if you weren't a paying customer. There are much better dental offices in Berkeley

Dr. Cavalli is professional and has a great heart! I was in UC grad school too busy and finally got time to fix my tooth. The lady (Briana?) working there is very professional and nice too. They listen to you carefully and caringly and professionally fix the issue. Highly recommended!
