First, these are really nice guys. I say guys because I spoke with 2, and they were patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable. When A.J. said he could fix my problems remotely, I felt doomed. But, he was right! I work from home, am a senior, reluctantly technically proficient, but I needed help. I would call on these guys in a snap...printer, internet, smartphone all taken care of! Thank you so much, A.J.
