        Four service people- I asked for hot water to rinse my thermus, then i asked to use the restroom to finish cleaning it. I was told only customers. How is it that I am in a coffee store asking for a rinse but I'm not a customer? 4 people standing there cant figure that out? I left. Never to return to Peets on Shattuck. Hopefully the robots that will replace these individuals arent programed by any of them. SAD
