Place is completely garbage. Applied for my babies birth certificate paid to have it mailed to my house over 4 months and have yet to receive anything. Have called over 10 times and left voice mails only to not get called back. We live 1 hour away so driving there with there weird birth certificate hours is literally impossible especially when someone works fulltime. I feel like they are almost holding my childs birth certificate hostage. I wish I had a job where I only had to deal with people 3 days week and not call anyone back and still get paid. Disgusted with this place.

For an office that issues government documents, it could be a whole lot worse. I had lamented that I had forgotten to bring my things to do while waiting, but turns out that they weren't necessary. I walked in around 10am on a Monday morning to put in a request for Jenbert Jr.'s birth certificate and walked out around 10:15. Then, had to go back in the afternoon to pick it up, but there's no wait for that. The hardest part is finding the parking.
