        We vacated in July 2020, we have not yet received our security deposit back after two years, several correspondences that have been ignored along with proof of payments and leases. I would not live here or trust this company. We have provided documentation of damages that were charged to us that the items were already damaged. They are scrupulous and you will have difficulty with getting your security deposit back if you choose Greystar and Hillside Village. I am filing a small claims lawsuit now as they have ignored my request for more than two years. Do not waste your time or money.

        Don’t have hot water to shower for three weeks straight. Great. Packages are lost all the time. Homeless people sneak in to steal packages and use our laundry machine. the lease office don’t care about residents at all
