We actually found Nicole on Yelp and based on the great reviews we reached out to her. From our very first phone call with her, she set us at ease. We were first time buyers, and she was always wonderfully patient with us. We especially loved that she was not pushy, but still did a great job explaining the market, demand, and current conditions. She was very flexible and accomodating when we needed her time to view homes, ask questions, etc. Buying a home was without a doubt stressful, and Nicole really made it a pleasure.

Nicole made our first-time homebuyer dreams come true, seamlessly! We closed during the busy winter holiday season and the timing was a bit stressful, but she guided us through every step of the escrow process. Nicole is the best of the best. Knowledgeable, professional, patient, responsive, and fun to work with! I worked with her for about two years, looking at dozens of properties throughout Oakland, Vallejo, and Napa, and I was consistently impressed by her knowledge of the entire Bay Area and years of experience with the varied real estate markets within it. I looked at many properties that turned out to be dead ends, and she was always generous with her time and never made me feel like I was asking too much of her by looking at yet another sale. Thanks to Nicole's coaching, the last offer I put in was so compelling that the seller canceled all other showings and we went into contract shortly thereafter. During the closing process, Nicole was super involved and went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. My husband and I had worked with a few realtors prior to working with Nicole and it was horrible - having never purchased a home before, we found the buying experience extremely jarring and stressful That is, until we found Nicole Russell. Nicole lives in the area that we wanted to move to, she was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the entire process from the beginning to closing. She showed us many homes/condos that met our criteria. The first bid we put in on a home, she jumped on the phone with us and walked us through the entire contract and what everything meant in laymans terms; I cannot express how helpful this was given wed never seen a document like that before.
