Above and Beyond! Every step of the way Julie was a strong communicator. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods were we interested in, making it easier for us to decide where our next purchase would be. We loved that she stayed ahead of upcoming properties so that we could pregame how to approach the properties we were most interested in. When we finally found a property, Julie helped write a strong offer that ultimately beat our competition! Definitely reccomend this strong negotiator in this ever changing market.

Julie Martinez is hands down the best realtor weve ever worked with (and weve worked with more than a dozen over the years)! Her knowledge, positive attitude, communication and energy made the sell quick and pain free. She hosted open houses and always communicated results after showings. Julie also spearheaded the renovation of our home before it was listed. We cant say enough good things about Julie! She is awesome!
