We had a great experience with Steve and Jessica, both selling our house and buying our new home. They were extremely helpful with recommending pricing based on our somewhat unique neighborhood and helped us negotiate a contract that suited us well, both on price and timing. They were extremely communicative through the entire process and kept us calm when we got frustrated with issues that cropped up, as they always do. They also were able to recommend contractors who were able to help us quickly take care of the few repair and refresh needs we had to prep our home for sale and ready our new home for move in. I would highly recommend the Ridge team!

I decided to contact Ridge Real Estate because I liked how they sounded on their website. After my first conversation with Jessica, I knew that it was the right decision. Jessica is the epitome of an ideal real estate agent. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, asked me questions along the way to narrow down what I needed and wanted in a house, acted quickly when she found a potential home for me, and expertly guided me through the buying process when there were multiple offers. Plus, she has a kind and upbeat personality! I think the biggest nice surprise was how she connected me with all the resources I needed and continued to cheerfully answer extra questions even after I purchased the home. I now have my dream home in Benicia, thanks to Jessica!

Your search for a great realtor ends here. Jessica, Carla and their entire team at Ridge Real Estate did an amazing job from the first phone call inquiring about a home they had listed through to the days/weeks beyond when we closed our deal.
The team was so on top of it, we used them to sell our home as well, which we needed to do to purchase the home we now have thanks to her!
You write an email, send a text, or call them you WILL hear back fast. Not days, not EOD, but typically within minutes, hours at best.
Jessica and Carla were both calm, cool and collected throughout the process and never over promised on anything, constantly keeping our expectations in line. They helped talk us through any and all anxieties and never made us feel as though we were bothering her with too many questions. If they weren't physically available to unlock a house, someone on their team was, and everyone on the team did a great job - there's no filler at the company; they're all top rate professionals.
Every suggestion they made was valued and worked out well, and every recommendation they had for others to work with from title company to contractors for fixing things around the house has worked out well.
I cannot emphasize this enough: your hunt for a realtor should end here. You will not find someone better. We thought we had a good realtor on the first house we bought, but in comparison he was a mere shadow of the warmth, command and professionalism that Carla and her team delivered for us.

Jessica made our home buying dreams a reality literally from one day to the next. We had been searching far and wide, putting in bid after bid for months with no luck and then we found her. Truly unbelievable but from one day to the next we found a beautiful home and before we even got a chance to meet in person we were already in contract THAT WEEK! She used her guidance, connections and resources to make it happen. She is also hands down one of the most, if not the most, professional and knowledgeable realtors we've ever met.
