They accepted my package only to send me a message 7 days later asking for my physical address because they don't deliver to po box. Should have not accepted my package. Well never order from a company that uses OnTrac.

This is the worst delivery company to deal with. Avoid them like the plague. If you have a package that is being delivered by them, I say to you good luck.

Its terrible service i dont know why wallmart get this to deliver thier package I orde package in wallmart and they hire this company to deliver muly packager apararently its a stand tv its heavy th delivery guy just leave in the porch in the drive way 20 ft in away in my door he just dump there its close to garbage what if some one took it and knowing its gonna be raining tonight.

Delivery drivers in Concord have no respect for their customers or their deliveries. Driver threw a package over my fence, almost hit my dog, and shattered my item. They defended themselves by saying it wasnt broken and that they dont have time to go to the front door. Horrible! Reported to the sender as well to recommend using a different company.

This is the worst courier service I have ever had to deal with. Several of my packages have been returned due to the incompetent delivery personnel not following the directions for deliveries. The customer service is the worst as there is no person to person contact over the phone. Hate this company, they should do better.
