I have been a customer for many years. The delivery people are GREAT, corteous, kind,despite the extra hot weather! The water tastes great meaning I can drink more water.I buy this knowing the water is always safe with the added bonus of having extra in case of any emergency. ( i.e.earthquake)

Over a month of requesting they pick up the equipment and bottles after I canceled my account due to lack of deliveries. Don't bother with a company that cannot keep drivers. I have escalated the calls and emails for over a month. Meanwhile the equipment stays in our hallway.

i have had the service for about a year now, i do really enjoy the service. when the pandemic hit and everyone was going crazy for water, i didn’t have to worry because i had my delivery and was set with my order every 2 weeks. i seen some ppl had issues with their deliveries being delivered at different times. i don’t know what time my delivery is normally made but on my delivery day my order is always at the door when i get home from work and i appreciate that. no issues! great service.
