Working across the table with Jeff was a fantastic experience. The condo his client offered for sale was an absolute gem. Even while he was away on a well-earned holiday with his family during our escrow, he continued to work hard. I was impressed by his responsiveness and ability to coordinate everything, from gaining access for inspections (without a lockbox) to arranging contractors to do some work (and a little more that they wanted to make right for my client) that the inspectors found. Jeff went above and beyond to ensure his client's needs were met while ensuring that my first-time buyer was happy with the property she was about to own.
