If you are considering a refi or shopping for a lender, I HIGHLY recommend working with Dimitry Bokman. I just went through what was hands down the easiest (and quickest) mortgage process I have ever been through. From the start, Dimitry was able to find a competitive rate as well as what turned out to be a unique product (interest only for rental investment property) that wasnt even offered by many other lenders I had reached out to. After I submitted the usual list of documents for underwriting, a few questions came back which Dimitry was able to clear up with me immediately. The few letters of explanation that were required were already drafted for my review and e-signatures. Then it was a quick and easy coast into closing with Dimitry organizing everything including a mobile notary for the final signatures. All in all, I personally spent less than 3 hours of my personal time to go from initiation to close in less than 4 weeks. Dimitry was super responsive answering any questions I had usually within minutes and is truly a one stop shop organizing everything from the appraisal to the notary. When I am ready for my next mortgage or refi, I will definitely start with Dimitry and I suggest anyone else to do the same.
