I've lived in my apartment for 4 plus years now, and it's always felt like home to me! The apartments and grounds are very well maintained, and our maintenance requests are promptly responded to by the office. Even though there are 30 plus units in this building, it is a very quiet building and we rarely hear our neighbors. The location is excellent as well. A really nice place to live!

Living here has been a delight. I love my townhome and have only praise for the responsiveness of management and the superior care given to maintenance issues and the grounds by a responsible, friendly team. The location couldnt be more pleasant and feels quite safe.

I have lived here for the past year and continue to be impressed by the quality of care and service thats provided. Lisa and her property management staff are responsive, thoughtful and reliable. Juan and his crew of maintenance workers provide high quality and efficient service. He is always friendly and ready to help. I have had a few difficult moments, including a snafu with my fireplace cleaning that caused a mess, a dishwasher not working and a loud fire alarm going off for no reason- standard stuff that happens to renters and homeowners alike (Ive been both) and was offered quick and generous remedies for every situation. As a former homeowner and someone who has had rental properties and hosted an AIRBNB, I can appreciate how much complexity and care is required to manage properties and show up for your tenants. Perfection isnt possible but the intention to be there for renters is worth a lot. Communication and reliability. My neighbors are lovely- its a beautiful, walkable, safe area - I feel very lucky!

I hope to catch your attention with this review, because it was such a wonderful experience working with this team that I want to encourage anyone in the market to check availability! It was a crazy time for me to consider moving - I had 3 weeks before I was going out of town for a month, but I loved the apt, other tenants I happened to meet had rave reviews of the management team, and I had been looking for two years. I had no appointment (just noticed the sign on the street) and Lisa Monticelli immediately made the unit available for viewing, even though she was in a meeting. She helped in every way she could to make it work and since the apt was empty, Lisa allowed me to move belongings in 2 weeks before I moved in. Julia Leep was also a constant support. Lisa is a true professional. I assume she expects that I will be a reliable tenant because that is her job, but more than that, Lisa works hard to make tenants happy. Lisa gets it that when everyone wins... well, everyone wins!!
