Went to this place with an appointment that I scheduled online. Got a confirmation via email about my appointment. When I arrived I was told that they didnt serve Santa Ana Cemetery- they said it was personal and that they dont service that one in general. I drove from Santa Ana to this place just to get told that. I was told that I couldve inputted where did I wanted to get serviced to and I told them that I didnt think that it would be necessary because online they dont ask that. Suggestion: have somewhere online where you can input that info. Not happy about this place.

I needed a last minute little bouquet for my son for his teacher for teacher appreciation week and Laura was so kind to create a bouquet for us on the spot. She was so sweet to ask my son what his teachers favorite color was and he said purple and sure enough she created a beautiful little bouquet! Great customer service, great quality and selection of flowers! Definitely will be returning in the future!
