I appreciate Bell Dental Center. I was treated very well and I was comfortable and not ashamed of my concerns for my teeth. Cythia who helped me with my payment plans was very patient and kind and I am thankful and appreciate her service. I would definitely recommend Bell Dental and also will be my permanent dental office from here on out.

Its a long one. Lol Let me start off with saying I was in extreme pain with one of my upper molars. I had been looking and calling for a local dentist in my area for 2 hrs it was now 4:15 ish pm Thursday evening.I called Bell Dental and explained my dilemma hoping for a next day appointment. They did better than that, the woman on the other end ask did inlive near and I was 7 min away. I was put on hold, she checked with the dentist and I was ask if I would like to come in now!!! Of course I wanted this option. So I picked up my keys and head there way. Now I'm going to be honest, I've parked in this small shopping center before as I have patronize Smart N 'Final since I've moved hereb2 years ago. I did make a judgment mention on the outside building as it was not as modern and I tried to enter from the side instead of the front of the building. Well to my surprise the office is very clean, asteheic pleasing, updated, crispy fresh inviting and welcoming. When you check in you are greeted with warm pleasantries. Remember the office closing at 6. I never felt rush. I was called in and a complete x-ray and photos were taken. All the equipment technology 2024. The dental hygienist and assistance were knowledgeable and professional and with such pleasant attitudes. Unfortunately that's hard to find these days but not here. The entire staff was extremely delightful and I DO NOT like dentist visits. Cynthia the office manager was a gem and she explained all of the details I needed to know and Ashley is very friendly and personally and makes you feel comfortable as she assisted Dr.Kim removing my tooth. Dr. Kim was super profession, listened and gone the job DONE, when I requested more numbing medicine while removing my tooth. Ashley constantly ask if I was okay and told me to raise my left hand if I need more numbing medicine. Ashley also explain the difference with my upper and lower nerve endings to why I would still feel some pressure on my upper molar because they only numb the one area as suppose to the lower area needs more numbing. Ashley was correct. I am writing this review after my 2nd visit and unfortunately I do have more work to my mouth to be done as the extraction took more time. I did not feel any pain after they numb my area again. The hardest part is over and they treated me with so much care. This is a lesson, don't judge the outside of a building. This has been hands down the best, professional, personal care I've ever received from any dental care. Thank you Bell Dental after my internal work is done I want to work on my cosmetics. I had an incredibly positive experience at Bell Dental despite my initial apprehension.

I had a visit to bell dental care and the truth is that they treated me very well, everyone was very friendly, good service, 100% recommended... the one in bellflower, thank you for the good service

I love this dentist!! This was the most comfortable experience Ive ever had. Cynthia was so helpful and explained all dental and insurance benefits! Thank so much Cynthia!! Dr Patel is very friendly and made sure I was doing ok the entire time! Its a whole vibe there. As soon as you walk in youre greeted with a smile and everyone there is so welcoming and friendly. I would 100% recommend this dentist to everyone!
