Horrible company. They promised come our condo to fix our sump pump on Friday before the rain. But they said they don't have workers, and they can only fix on next Monday. If we want to pay $1000 more, they can come to fix sump pump on Saturday! OMG They are crazy for money and no bottom line. If there is negative star available, we will reserve for them. P.S. We are so glad to find another company to fix our sump pump only half price before rain.

They must have so much business that they dont care about treating their customers well. Every experience with Pump Man corporate requires deep breaths and a bad day. My landlord has a contract with them so I use them because Im a tenant in the building and each time is disappointing. The first service we had they left scratches on our walls and toilet, every other time they come the floor isnt sealed correctly so the silicone stays wet and the bathrooms have to be shut down for full days at a time, and scheduling with them is so painful. I dread having to schedule my quarterly service because Im worried something is going to go wrong and it means I have to communicate with Roger, who seems to lack empathy, awareness, and customer service skills. Im a small business and I dont take writing negative reviews lightly, but we just had an emergency where our toilets were overflowing and this experience was the nail in the coffin for me. Roger was supposed to call me first thing to schedule a time to help us. He didnt call so I called him. He said he would let me know when they could come. No one had called by 2pm so I called again. He told me they werent able to fit me in but if I wanted to do an emergency service after 4 its be over $1000. Im reasonable an understand that sometimes they cant work you in, but no one called me to tell me. So we scheduled service for the next morning and the people arrived but were only able to inspect, not perform any service. I called him to ask why and he said they didnt have the equipment. Again, why not tell me that when we made the appointment? I wouldnt have had them come until they had what they needed to fix the issue because when they come they have to open up the floor and we have to shut down our bathrooms all day. So now my bathrooms are shut down and they have to come back and well do this all again. Were a fitness studio so no bathrooms is a big inconvenience for my staff and clients. Please do better Roger and Pump Man. Put yourself in the shoes of your customers and show them some respect and curtsey.
