The CNAs are wonderful but everyone and everything else is terrible. They medically neglect the residents and now my father needs an amputation. This was completely preventable. But they lie to outside doctors, the residents and their family.

I would stay away from this place. My husband came here in good shape after Kindred La Mirada, he just needed more time for physical therapy. He acquired in that Victoria care Covid, MRSA and Candida auris infections. More over, they were going to give him Covid vaccine when he was having active Covid! Plus the food was absolutely terrible. After that place my husband is in a terrible condition in IR, having stomach bleeding, erosion caused by the bacterias he was infected there. He is in a very heavy condition now, on life support after that nursing home. Stay away from that place , that is my advice.

Thank you Victoria Care Center administrative team for your matters and efficient service. I appreciate you taking your time to understanding and listening to my sister's voice and needs. I can see when your team has problems or misunderstands issues and you try to solve and provide the highest level of care to your patients.Keep up with your good care to your patients!

I was discharged on November 10 last year. I miss all the people who work there. All of them working heard with warm hart. They keep me very comfortable and clean all the time. I love them all.

I am so impressed with Victoria Care Center! Never in a million years would I think to give a 5 star rating to a  skilled nursing facility. But, here I am giving a very honest review. A very dear friend whom I was a caregiver for has been at Victoria Care Center for almost a whole year now since this pandemic began. I get the pleasure of visiting her through the window and we converse easily. The improvement I have seen is simply amazing! She has never looked so healthy. When Global Home Hospice assisted her placement there a year a year ago she simply couldn't walk without falling. She was 90 lbs. and her health declining rapidly. Did they nurse her back to health? Yes! They most certainly did!  I have been a caregiver for many over the years and have been to many care facilities. Never have I seen anything remotely close to the quality of care I see here. Thank you Melida for all you've helped me with. And, to the wonderful nurses and staff!  You  have warmed my heart. I recently asked Global to assist with placement of another patient as her sister came to me for help. The staff did an amazing job in getting her there and in just a few weeks Ian already seeing improvement. This place is impeccably clean and they are all very diligent in protecting and caring for their patients. And believe it or not, I hear the food is really good. I strongly advise making Victoria Care Center your first choice when skilled nursing is recommended for you or anyone you care about.
