Probably won't come here again, after they scared me twice with sti testings. Had an appointment and the doctor was 40 minutes late, came in annoyed and sent me on my way. She was quick with the results though

I arrive for my appointment, the reception always has their arrogance and poor service, there is no system to call my insurance, a week before I had an appointment, they are supposed to have the record, they cannot do anything that simple without any option. I was wow because they didn't check my insurance before I arrived, I just wasted my time, so if you plan to arrive you already know that it is a waste of time and, above all, poorly attended to. The worst of the worst.

staff was incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and personal. they answered all the questions i had, i highly recommend!

The clinic has a really nice and clean environment. The receptionist was nice and checking in was easy. The staff who helped me during my appointment were very kind and made me feel welcome and were very helpful. Overall I had a great experience and am really thankful.
