        For those of you who like to refill drinking water, this is the best place. The people on guard are also very kind and very friendly. The water doesn't smell, it's clean. I've been a customer for almost 10 years.

        I did not receive a package. I asked if they rejected or returned any. They said no. It happened again and again i asked if there was a problem with the address or why was it returned. They said the same thing. I called and inquired and was told nothing. A couple weeks later i asked when does my box expire and was told it expired 3 months ago. No written notice as a courtesy in my box, no mail, no answers, They just continued to silently reject my mail. This is unacceptable. Suggestion, look elsewhere.

      Thank you for your feed back. Please come in any time for credit. Any other info you can give is always helpful! So we can troubleshoot and find out the problem.Did you pay with bills or coins? ------We noticed that you had two bottles that did not fill up properly. Come in any time during business hours to get credit and free fill up on your two 5 gallon bottles.
