        I recently went to this location and I felt so uncomfortable being there. I understand that customer service is important but when you are looking for a cake and the employee is breathing in your ear saying "do you want this one" it's weird. He grabbed the cake; then I realize that it was too small and asked him if I can get a different one and got bothered by it. So I'm my head I thought "I didn't ask for help to begin with so don't be mad" I just think that they should let us chose our cake in peace and when we are ready we can ask for help to grab the cake for jimenez

        Let me express the Professionalism and Efficiency first with Ms. Karen.  I've been working with her the last 2-years with custom Ice Cream Cakes for my Customers in the Southern California area.  She is timely, creative, punctual and thorough when it comes to her craft.  Her standard is far above other stores I've dealt with and that's why I always come back to her location.  Her Team is cordial, and they always make me feel like my Business is appreciated!Great work Karen and Team!
